On April 11, Jo Brunner, KansasWorks Workforce Services Supervisor, and Craig Poe, Midwest Concrete Materials, Inc, Director of Human Resources provided an introduction to the May 2 Apprenticeship Career Fair. 

Jo and Craig talked with the seniors who have indicated they will be going into the work force after they graduate from high school. 

Areas they highlighted were: 

• How to prepare for an interview

• Application and Resume Preparation
  

• Professional Appearance and first impressions

• Employability Skills (reliability, attitude, expectations from employers)
