    We are excited to open a new position in our human resources department here at Pawnee Mental Heath Services. This position will primarily focus on recruiting new staff and improving employee morale and engagement. You will be joining an existing team and working directly under the HR Director. As this is a new position, the expectations and duties will have some fluidity as we determine the best use of the individual talents within our HR team. Someone who enjoys a challenge and wants to grow as an HR professional would be an ideal fit. Knowledge of HR and recruiting is certainly appreciated but we welcome applicants looking to start a new career in the HR field as well. We look forward to reviewing your application.

    Kansas State University is hiring for a Director of the Administrative Support Center (ASC). The Director provides direction and oversight to the ASC, including managing the daily activities of the financial and human resource teams. This position also leads the detailed transition activities for units adopting into the ASC shared service model.

    The ASC is a university shared services center that provides budget, financial, and administrative, human resource services to central administrative units. Currently, the ASC supports the President's Office, Provost Office, and all other Vice President offices for the university. The ASC comprises 24 employees, and the Director has four direct reports.

    The College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking applicants for a Human Capital Representative. This position exists to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment strategy for candidates of the College of Veterinary Medicine, this includes finding new and creative ways to source positions, meeting with candidates to ensure their questions are answered and determining ways to create a better candidate experience in the future. This position is also responsible for onboarding new employees of the CVM by processing paperwork, ensuring proper training is completed and assisting employees in getting around the CVM on their first days of employment.
