This position, under supervision or general supervision, provides a variety of confidential administrative, paraprofessional and technical support for services and programs in Employment and Classification to assist with salary and benefit changes; data input of personnel transactions; administer performance evaluation program and calculate salary increases; process FMLA and Shared Leave Requests; assist in maintaining classification and compensation plan data; and process terminations.
