2nd of 2-part Leadership Series

Interpersonal interactions have the power to propel your team forward or hold them back. But like all healthy relationships, a productive workplace is built on a foundation of trust. So what happens when there is a gap between what you expect from others and what you experience? Team members decide for themselves how they will fill in these gaps. In this training we learn both how to trust others and how to be trustworthy ourselves.

Timm Collins, Founder

Timm Collins spent the first decade of his professional career as pastor of a rapidly growing congregation in Central Florida before becoming a trainer and coach to hundreds of international leaders. His passion for leadership and team culture began early as he led dozens of high-capacity volunteers each week, and evolved more than a decade ago into a role as a team builder and cultural architect for businesses and nonprofits around the country. Timm lives in Topeka, Kansas and also serves on the Executive Team of Trash Mountain Project, an international nonprofit working in nine locations around the world. He is married to Miranda and they have 2 sons, Noah and Levi.

Timm will present on Trust VS Suspicion.
