Anxiety and Depression in the Workplace 

presented by Pawnee Mental Health Executive Director, Robbin Cole.


Robbin will be providing information in the areas of;

  • Anxiety and Depression, Mental Health Concerns, and Suicide and Mental Illness that may be present in all our workplaces 
  • How to create a work environment that is responsive to employees' mental health concerns  
  • Taking care of your own mental health.

Robbin Cole is the Executive Director of Pawnee Mental Health Services.  She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas and is Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Robbin has worked more than 35 years in the field of social work and more than 30 years in the field of mental health.  Robbin is married and has four adult children and three grandchildren.  In her free time, Robbin enjoys friendships with international students.  She became involved with international students when she was a sophomore at Kansas State University.  She and her family have hosted seven high school exchange students through the AFS program and have visited them in their home countries of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Brazil.
